# Our Solution

At Truffle AI, we believe the public has the right to know whether images or text are generated by AI. Focused specifically on the cryptocurrency market and its users, we have developed a browser extension that lets you scan images or texts and tells you whether something is written or taken by a human, or by an AI model. Our proprietary browser extension, available in the official Chrome Webstore, lets you manually or automatically scan text, images, videos, or code to verify its authenticity.\
\
We believe this to be a valuable tool as it enables users to make better decisions as to whether a project is genuine. For example, users might not invest in a 'utility' project, if Work in Progress screens are generated by AI, or technical aspects of product docs are not written by the developer. Preventing users from buying projects where images are tempered with, or technical documentation generated by AI, can thus save investors money.\
\
Outside of Web3, our tool can help people verify images as well. For example, fake images from both presidential candidates have been generated by AI to tell stories that never happened and mislead the public into thinking a certain way, thus potentially influencing their vote. Generative AI has thus contributed to spreading 'fake news'. Truffle AI allows users to verify these images and helps with a more honest way of communication and a more transparent online environment.
